Business cancellation

To cancel a Business subscription, please notify us at least two months before the requested cancellation date. The service remains available until that date, and normal monthly fees continue during the notice period. The contract end date is determined by the applicable billing cutoff and contract cycle.

Refund policy

Payments are generally non-refundable. Personal: no convenience, post-start or unused-day refund. Business: paid monthly fees and fees incurred during the cancellation notice period are generally non-refundable. The service remains available until the cancellation date.

Duplicate or incorrect charges, major service failure caused by AI STAFF, or refunds required by applicable law are handled as exceptions.
