Personal: 1 DAY ¥500, 7 DAY ¥2,000, 30 DAY ¥6,000. Indicative Business: Starter about ¥5,000/month, Pro about ¥10,000/month, Hotel AI Staff about ¥20,000/month, Enterprise by quotation. Final Business price, currency and tax display require approval before sales.
Additional costs
Internet and communication charges are borne by the customer. Other charges will be shown before application.

Available methods and billing timing will be shown after payment integration. Stripe application and integration have not started.

Personal
One-time, no automatic renewal, no annual plan; ends at expiry.
Business
¥0 setup fee, monthly, automatic renewal, no annual plan.
Cancellation
To cancel a Business subscription, please notify us at least two months before the requested cancellation date. The service remains available until that date, and normal monthly fees continue during the notice period. The contract end date is determined by the applicable billing cutoff and contract cycle.
Refund
Payments are generally non-refundable. Personal: no convenience, post-start or unused-day refund. Business: paid monthly fees and fees incurred during the cancellation notice period are generally non-refundable. The service remains available until the cancellation date. Duplicate or incorrect charges, major service failure caused by AI STAFF, or refunds required by applicable law are handled as exceptions.
